How Many Guests Fit Comfortably on a 62 Ft Yacht?
Planning a birthday or private celebration on the water starts with one practical question: how many people can enjoy the yacht without the outing feeling crowded? The 62 Ft Tecno Yacht in Abu Dhabi is listed for up to 18 guests, making it a strong choice for a medium-sized gathering along the Corniche. For the most comfortable experience, plan your guest list around that stated limit and choose the activities, food and timing with the group size in mind.
What is the comfortable guest number?
The 62 Ft Tecno Yacht has a listed capacity of 18 guests. This is the number to use when building your invitation list and discussing your charter plan. A group of 18 can share the experience together, while a smaller group may suit hosts who want more personal space and a quieter atmosphere.
Guest comfort also depends on the type of celebration. A family birthday with a cake, drinks and conversation can work well at the listed capacity. If your group expects a more active programme, such as water sports, you may prefer to keep the guest list below the maximum so everyone can take part in an organised way.
Package price and charter duration
The 62 Ft Tecno Yacht has a two-hour package price of AED 2,749.5 for up to 18 guests. The package already includes the cake and deck decoration, so these two basics do not need to be added separately. The minimum charter is two hours.
If you want more time on the water, the extra-hour rate is AED 1,124.75 per additional hour beyond the package hours. This rate applies only after the included two-hour charter period. When planning, allow time for guests to arrive, settle in, take photographs and enjoy the route rather than filling every minute with scheduled activities.
Why it suits a medium-sized Abu Dhabi celebration
The yacht departs from the Abu Dhabi Corniche area, giving your group a convenient setting for a celebration with views around the waterfront. Depending on the planned route and operating arrangements, guests may enjoy the Abu Dhabi skyline, Corniche scenery and views towards landmarks such as Emirates Palace. The precise route should be discussed when arranging the charter.
For guests visiting from other parts of the city, it is useful to share the meeting details in advance. Abu Dhabi has several marina locations, including Al Bateen Marina, Saadiyat Island, Yas Marina and Zayed Port, but this yacht is listed at Abu Dhabi Corniche. Do not assume that another marina is the departure point.
Food and drinks for 18 guests
Keep refreshments simple and easy to share. Water, juices and soft drinks are suitable choices for a yacht birthday. The on-board extras include a Mix Fruits Platter for AED 100, Mix Grill for AED 100 with a two-meal minimum, and Seafood for AED 150 with a two-meal minimum. These are optional additions and are separate from the package price.
The included cake is convenient for a standard birthday plan. If you want a different design or flavour concept, custom cake options are available with prices on request. You can also review the custom cake options before finalising the celebration details.
Decoration, photographs and activities
Deck decoration is already included in the two-hour package. Additional Decoration & Balloons are listed at AED 150 if you want to discuss extra styling. A flower bouquet and photographer are available on request, which can help if the occasion includes a surprise or an important family photograph.
For an active group, the listed water-sports options include one hour of Jet Ski for AED 500, one hour of Donut Ride for AED 550, and one hour of Banana Boat for AED 550. These are optional extras, so confirm whether the chosen activity is suitable for your group and how it fits into the charter schedule. How to plan your guest list
Start with the people who should be part of the celebration, then keep the final list at no more than 18 guests. Confirm whether children are attending, whether anyone needs special arrangements, and whether your group prefers a relaxed meal or a more activity-focused outing. A clear list helps the team prepare the cake, decoration and refreshments correctly.
For a birthday itinerary, two hours can be structured around arrival, a short cruise, photographs, cake cutting and conversation. If you want a slower celebration or additional time for activities, ask about the extra-hour rate before making plans.
