What to Tell Us When Requesting a Birthday Quote

When requesting a birthday yacht quote in Abu Dhabi, the more useful details you share, the easier it is for the charter company to suggest a suitable boat and package. A clear request does not need to be long. It simply needs to explain who is celebrating, how many guests are coming, when you would like to sail and what you want included.

Start with the date, timing and duration

Give the preferred date and your ideal start time, then state how long you would like the celebration to last. The minimum charter is two hours. Every listed birthday package is based on two hours, while an additional-hour charge applies only if you request time beyond the package.

For example, the House Boat Luxury M1 has a two-hour package priced at AED 2,500, with an extra hour at AED 1,000. The Haya House Boat has a two-hour package at AED 2,000, with an extra hour at AED 750. These are useful examples of why the requested duration should be stated clearly in your enquiry.

Confirm the number of guests

Include the total number of adults and children, if applicable. Guest numbers help the team recommend a boat that is comfortable for your group rather than simply choosing by appearance. The fleet includes options for different party sizes, from the Panda 1 Luxury Yacht for up to 8 guests to the House Boat Luxury M1 and House Boat Luxury M2, each listed for up to 40 guests.

Also mention whether the birthday is for a small family gathering, a friends’ party or a larger celebration. A group of 10 may prefer the 40 Ft Birthday Yacht, listed at AED 1,598 for two hours, while a group of 15 could compare Marina Villa at AED 1,500 or Al Maharia S at AED 1,800 for two hours. The package price includes the cake and deck decoration.

Say where you would like to depart

Tell the charter company your preferred marina or area. Birthday charters can be planned around locations including the Abu Dhabi Corniche, Al Bateen Marina, Saadiyat Island, Yas Marina and Zayed Port. If you have a view or route in mind, mention it in the first message.

For a Saadiyat-focused celebration, you can ask about the 90 Ft Saadiyat House Boat, which is listed for up to 20 guests and departs from Saadiyat Island. If you would like a city setting, say that you are interested in views around the Corniche. Depending on the planned route, landmarks such as Emirates Palace, Lulu Island or Louvre Abu Dhabi may be relevant to discuss with the charter team. Do not assume that every landmark or route is included without asking.

Describe the birthday setup

Explain the age, theme or colour palette of the celebration, and whether you want a simple family arrangement or a more styled party. The listed two-hour packages already include a cake and deck decoration, so tell the company what kind of presentation you have in mind before paying for separate extras.

If you need a more specific cake design, ask about the custom cake options. You can also review the yacht decoration service if your requirements go beyond the included setup. Flower bouquets and photography are available at a price on request, so include those requests early.

List food, drinks and activities

State any catering preferences and dietary requirements. Available add-ons include a mix fruits platter for AED 100, vanilla or chocolate cake for AED 150 each, mix grill from AED 100 with a two-meal minimum, and seafood from AED 150 with a two-meal minimum. Drinks should be specified as water, juices or soft drinks.

If the group wants activities, ask about one-hour options such as a Jet Ski for AED 500, a Donut Ride for AED 550 or a Banana Boat for AED 550. These should be included in the quote request rather than assumed to be part of the birthday package.

Send a complete quote request

A useful message can include: preferred date and start time, requested duration, total guests, preferred marina, birthday theme, cake requirements, decoration style, food and drinks, water activities, photography and transport needs. You can then ask the company to confirm the recommended yacht, package price, extra-hour charge if relevant, included items and any price-on-request services.

For a broader comparison, browse the Abu Dhabi birthday yacht fleet before sending your enquiry. Share two or three suitable boat options if you have them, and contact the team on WhatsApp at +971505041445 for a quote request. A quote is prepared from your details, so accuracy at the beginning helps you plan the celebration around the Corniche, Saadiyat or another Abu Dhabi departure point with fewer surprises.
