Cake Delivery Details to Confirm for a Yacht Party
A birthday cake is one of the most anticipated moments on a yacht party, so its arrangements should be clear before you arrive at the marina. Whether your celebration departs from Abu Dhabi Corniche, Saadiyat Island or another listed marina, confirm exactly how the cake will be prepared, handed over and presented on board. This avoids last-minute confusion and helps the crew plan the celebration around your preferred cake moment.
Confirm Whether the Cake Is Included
For the yachts listed in the Abu Dhabi yacht fleet, the two-hour package price includes a cake and deck decoration. The minimum charter is two hours. If you are considering a longer trip, remember that the extra-hour rate applies only to time beyond the package hours. Confirm the cake arrangement with the booking team so you know what is included in your selected package and whether any requested change would be treated as an additional item.
Share the Correct Celebration Details
Give the team the birthday person’s name, the celebration date you are requesting, the number of guests and your preferred sailing location. This is especially useful when comparing a Corniche departure with a Saadiyat Island option. Some fleet choices accommodate up to 40 guests, while smaller yachts are designed for intimate groups. Your guest count can affect the most suitable cake size and how it is positioned on the deck.
Ask About the Cake Style and Flavour
Confirm the flavour you want and whether the standard cake arrangement can meet your preferences. Vanilla Cake and Chocolate Cake are both available as listed extras at AED 150 each. If you need a more personalised design, ask about the Custom Cake options: Starter, Classic, Premium, Deluxe, Grand and Showstopper. These custom cake prices are available on request, so request the relevant price before making a decision.
Confirm Names, Writing and Design Requests
Send the exact spelling for any name, age or short message to be placed on the cake. Also explain your preferred colours or theme and ask which parts can be accommodated. The package already includes deck decoration, while Decoration & Balloons is listed separately at AED 150. Confirm whether your requested cake design matches the planned decoration, especially if your party is being arranged around Corniche views, the Louvre Abu Dhabi area or Saadiyat scenery.
Clarify Handover at the Marina
Ask where and when the cake will be handed over. The available marina locations include Al Bateen Marina, Abu Dhabi Corniche, Saadiyat Island, Yas Marina and Zayed Port. Do not assume that a cake can be delivered directly to the yacht at any time. Confirm the meeting point, contact person and arrival window with the team, then allow enough time for the cake to be checked and placed safely before departure.
Plan the Cake Moment on Board
Tell the crew when you would like the cake brought out: near the start, during a scenic section or before returning to the marina. A two-hour charter passes quickly, particularly when guests are taking photographs around the Corniche or enjoying views toward Yas Marina and Lulu Island. Confirm whether you should bring candles or whether the team will advise on the presentation. Keep the cake moment separate from any water activity so everyone can gather safely on deck.
Confirm Food and Drink Requests Separately
If you want more than the included cake, confirm each item separately. A Mix Fruits Platter is AED 100, while Mix Grill is AED 100 with a two-meal minimum and Seafood is AED 150 with a two-meal minimum. Drinks are water, juices and soft drinks. For a wider celebration plan, review the birthday yacht service and custom cake information, then send the final details through WhatsApp at +971505041445. Clear confirmation before the event helps your cake arrive at the right place, with the right message and enough time for a memorable birthday moment.
