Can You Customise the Cake on a Yacht Party?
Yes, a birthday yacht package in Abu Dhabi includes a cake and deck decoration, while a more personal custom cake can be requested separately. This gives you a practical choice: keep the included cake for a simple celebration, or discuss a customised design that matches the birthday theme, guest of honour or yacht setting.
What is included in the birthday yacht package?
The listed two-hour birthday packages include the cake and deck decoration. The minimum charter is two hours, so you can plan a compact celebration with time for boarding, cruising, photographs and the cake moment on the water. Drinks can include water, juices and soft drinks.
For example, the Marina Villa accommodates up to 15 guests and starts at AED 1,500 for two hours, with the cake and decoration included. The 40 Ft Birthday Yacht accommodates up to 10 guests at AED 1,598 for two hours. For larger groups, House Boat Luxury M1 accommodates up to 40 guests at AED 2,500 for two hours. These are package prices, not prices for a custom cake upgrade.
How does a custom cake request work?
A custom cake is available on request rather than at a fixed published price. The available custom cake categories are Starter, Classic, Premium, Deluxe, Grand and Showstopper. You can share the celebration details with the team so the suitable cake option can be discussed before arranging the yacht party.
When making an enquiry, include the number of guests, the birthday theme, preferred colours, wording and any important design details. It is also useful to mention whether the party is for a child, family group or adult celebration. The team can then advise on the custom cake request and the yacht package separately. A custom cake should not be assumed to be included in the advertised package price unless this is specifically agreed.
Can I order another cake instead?
Vanilla Cake and Chocolate Cake are both listed as on-board extras at AED 150 each. These are separate extras, while the standard birthday package already includes a cake. If you want a more distinctive centrepiece, ask about the custom cake categories and price on request instead of assuming that an additional standard cake will match your theme.
Choosing the yacht for the cake moment
The right boat depends on your guest count and the atmosphere you want. Small celebrations can consider Panda 1 Luxury Yacht for up to 8 guests, Shark Yacht for up to 10, or SNR Luxury House Boat for up to 12. For a larger family party, House Boat Luxury M1 and House Boat Luxury M2 each accommodate up to 40 guests.
Most listed birthday yachts depart from Abu Dhabi Corniche, making the waterfront a convenient setting for a cake presentation with views towards the city. A Saadiyat option is also available: the 90 Ft Saadiyat House Boat accommodates up to 20 guests from Saadiyat Island. Depending on the itinerary and departure point, you can plan photographs around the Corniche, Saadiyat, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Emirates Palace or Lulu Island without promising a specific route.
How to plan the request
Start by choosing a yacht from the Abu Dhabi fleet, checking its guest capacity and reviewing the two-hour package price. Then ask about the custom cake through the custom cake service. If the cake is being used as part of a themed setup, the yacht decoration service can help you discuss the overall look. For enquiries, contact the team on WhatsApp at +971505041445.
Remember that an extra hour is charged separately from the package. Rates depend on the selected yacht, such as AED 500 for Marina Villa or AED 1,000 for House Boat Luxury M1. Confirm the cake request, decoration details, guest number and charter duration together so the celebration plan is clear before you proceed.
