Can a Company Book a Yacht in Abu Dhabi?
Yes, a company can arrange a private yacht outing in Abu Dhabi for a team celebration, client gathering or relaxed staff activity. A yacht creates a different setting from a meeting room, with the Abu Dhabi Corniche, open water and city views providing a memorable backdrop. The right choice depends on your group size, preferred marina, event style and budget. A booking request should be discussed in advance so the boat, timing and onboard arrangements can be checked for your planned outing.
What type of corporate outing works on a yacht?
A yacht charter can suit several business occasions. Companies may use it for a team appreciation event, a department gathering, a small leadership retreat, a client experience or a celebration after reaching a business milestone. It can also provide an informal environment for colleagues to talk away from their usual workplace. The outing is best planned around conversation, sightseeing, refreshments and time on the water rather than a formal conference programme.
For larger teams, boats such as the House Boat Luxury M1 and House Boat Luxury M2 can each accommodate up to 40 guests. The King House Boat and Lavy Luxury Yacht are listed for up to 30 guests, while the Princess Yacht can take up to 25. Smaller groups can consider the Haya House Boat for up to 20 guests, the 62 Ft Tecno Yacht for up to 18, or the 68 Ft Super Yacht for up to 16. These capacities help you shortlist a suitable boat before discussing the details of your company outing.
Corporate yacht options and starting prices
Every listed boat has a two-hour package, and the package includes a cake and deck decoration. The minimum charter is two hours. Current examples at Abu Dhabi Corniche include Marina Villa for up to 15 guests at AED 1,500 for two hours, Panda 1 Luxury Yacht for up to 8 guests at AED 1,200, and the 40 Ft Birthday Yacht for up to 10 guests at AED 1,598. For a group of up to 12, Shark Yacht is AED 2,098 and SNR Luxury House Boat is AED 2,898 for two hours.
For a medium-sized group, the 62 Ft Tecno Yacht is AED 2,749.50 for up to 18 guests, while the 68 Ft Super Yacht is AED 4,100 for up to 16 guests. Larger options include House Boat Luxury M1 at AED 2,500 for up to 40 guests and House Boat Luxury M2 at AED 2,700 for up to 40 guests. Prices are for the stated two-hour package. If you need more time, the extra-hour rate varies by boat, so it should be included in the quotation request.
Where can the team board?
Many of the listed boats operate from Abu Dhabi Corniche, which is practical for an outing with views across the waterfront. Depending on the selected boat and arrangements, other marina locations include Al Bateen Marina, Saadiyat Island, Yas Marina and Zayed Port. A Saadiyat-based option is the 90 Ft Saadiyat House Boat, listed for up to 20 guests at AED 3,698 for two hours. Saadiyat can work well for a more island-focused setting, while Yas Marina may be considered by companies combining the outing with plans around Yas Island.
Possible sightseeing areas may include the Corniche, Emirates Palace, Lulu Island, Saadiyat and the waters near Louvre Abu Dhabi, subject to the itinerary, operating arrangements and conditions on the day. A route should be discussed when planning rather than assumed from the boat listing.
Food, drinks and optional arrangements
The package includes cake and deck decoration, even when the occasion is a corporate event. Additional listed choices include a Mix Fruits Platter for AED 100, Vanilla Cake for AED 150 and Chocolate Cake for AED 150. Food options include Mix Grill at AED 100, with a two-meal minimum, and Seafood at AED 150, also with a two-meal minimum. Drinks for the outing can be planned around water, juices and soft drinks.
Companies can also ask about listed extras such as a photographer, flower bouquet, limousine car pick-up or a custom cake, with prices available on request. Water-based activities include one hour of Jet Ski for AED 500, Donut Ride for AED 550 or Banana Boat for AED 550. These are optional additions and should be checked for suitability, timing and group requirements. For event styling, see the yacht decoration service or review the Abu Dhabi yacht experiences.
How to plan the company outing
Start by confirming the guest count, preferred location and whether the event is mainly social, client-facing or team-focused. Then compare boats through the full yacht fleet, paying attention to capacity and the two-hour package price. Keep the minimum two-hour charter in mind, and add any extra hours or activities to the budget separately. It is also useful to nominate one organiser to coordinate guest arrival, food preferences and any decoration requests.
For a business-specific request, contact the team on WhatsApp at +971505041445 with your estimated group size, preferred marina, possible dates and desired extras. This is a request for arrangements and pricing, not a guarantee of availability. If you are planning a birthday or staff celebration, the birthday yacht service may also help you structure the onboard details. With the right boat and a clear plan, a corporate yacht outing can offer Abu Dhabi teams a comfortable way to spend time together on the water.
