Can You Charter an Abu Dhabi Yacht for Two Hours?

Yes, you can charter an Abu Dhabi yacht for only two hours. In fact, two hours is the minimum charter duration across the listed birthday and celebration packages. This is a practical choice for a birthday, family gathering, proposal or small party when you want time on the water without planning a longer outing.

What the two-hour package includes

Each yacht package in the fleet is priced for two hours and already includes the cake and deck decoration. That means you can organise the main celebration without adding those two items separately. Drinks can include water, juices and soft drinks, and food options can be discussed when arranging the charter.

The boats depart from locations listed in the fleet information, including Abu Dhabi Corniche and Saadiyat Island. Depending on the selected boat and arrangements, the setting can suit views around the Corniche, the waterfront near Emirates Palace, Saadiyat, Lulu Island or the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The exact sailing plan should be checked before confirming your booking.

Two-hour yacht prices in Abu Dhabi

There are options for different group sizes and budgets. For a smaller celebration, Panda 1 Luxury Yacht welcomes up to 8 guests for AED 1,200, while the 40 Ft Birthday Yacht accommodates up to 10 guests for AED 1,598. Marina Villa is listed for up to 15 guests at AED 1,500, and Haya House Boat accommodates up to 20 guests at AED 2,000.

For larger groups, House Boat Luxury M1 accommodates up to 40 guests at AED 2,500, while House Boat Luxury M2 accommodates up to 40 guests at AED 2,700. King House Boat and Lavy Luxury Yacht each accommodate up to 30 guests at AED 3,500 for two hours. Other choices include Princess Yacht for up to 25 guests at AED 3,698 and the 90 Ft Saadiyat House Boat for up to 20 guests at AED 3,698.

Prices vary by boat, size and capacity. You can compare the complete fleet on the Abu Dhabi yacht fleet page before choosing a suitable style and group size.

Can I add more time?

Yes. If two hours feels short for your guest list or schedule, an extra-hour rate applies beyond the package hours. For example, the extra hour is AED 450 on Panda 1 Luxury Yacht, AED 500 on Marina Villa, AED 750 on Haya House Boat and AED 1,000 on House Boat Luxury M1. The additional-hour price is different for every boat, so it is important to check the selected yacht rather than assume one standard rate.

The two-hour minimum also makes it easier to plan a focused celebration. You can use the first part of the trip to welcome guests and take photographs, enjoy the cake and refreshments during the cruise, then finish with group pictures and time together on deck.

Optional extras for a two-hour celebration

Although cake and decoration are already included in the package, additional arrangements are available at listed prices. A mixed fruits platter is AED 100, while a vanilla cake or chocolate cake is AED 150 each. Decoration and balloons are AED 150 when additional decoration is required. A mix grill is AED 100 with a two-meal minimum, and seafood is AED 150 with a two-meal minimum.

For a more active celebration, one hour of jet ski is AED 500. One hour of a donut ride or banana boat is AED 550. Flower bouquets, photographers, limousine pick-up and custom cake options are available on request. Details for custom cake choices are available through the custom cake service, while further decoration ideas can be found on the yacht decoration page.

How to choose the right two-hour charter

Start with your guest count, then compare the boat’s capacity and departure location. A group of 8 may prefer Panda 1 Luxury Yacht, while a family gathering of 15 could consider Marina Villa, Maya Luxury Boat or Al Maharia S. Groups of up to 40 can review the two House Boat Luxury M1 and M2 options.

Next, decide whether the included cake and deck decoration meet your theme, or whether you want extra balloons, a bouquet, photography or a water-sports activity. Finally, ask about the proposed route, boarding point, food arrangements and timing. The birthday yacht service page can help you prepare the details for a two-hour celebration.
